- Service Location & Access
Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the customer’s chosen location. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle and work area.
- Use of Water and Electricity
By booking our services, the customer grants permission for the use of on-site water and electricity. Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd undertakes to use these resources responsibly and efficiently. Should water or power be unavailable, the service may be postponed or cancelled at our discretion.
- Health, Safety & Conduct
Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, abuse, threats, or physical intimidation of any kind.
If any employee or contractor is subjected to verbal or physical harassment, services will cease immediately.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances, and Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse future services.
- Vehicle Condition & Liability
Vehicles will be inspected prior to service, and pre-existing damage (including scratches, dents, paint defects, interior wear, or mechanical issues) may be photographed and documented.
Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, poor resprays, worn materials, or manufacturer defects.
The customer confirms the vehicle is safe to work on and free of hazardous materials unless disclosed in advance.
- Photographs & Media Use
Vehicles may be photographed or recorded for quality control, marketing, and social media purposes. Number plates and identifying details will be obscured. By accepting service, the customer consents to such use unless explicitly declined in writing prior to commencement.
- Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items from the vehicle before service. Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
- Weather & Environmental Conditions
Services are weather-dependent. In cases of rain, excessive wind, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions, Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service without penalty.
- Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows (inclusive of vehicle/s not being on site upon arrival time) may incur an additional penatly fee of R100.
- Refusal of Service
Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, aggressive behaviour, misrepresentation of vehicle condition, or non-compliance with these terms.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobilers Car Detailing (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
- Acceptance of Terms
Booking or allowing work to commence constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
